Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), in accordance with EU consumer law. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

 

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service at cookingwithtiti20@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • (If applicable) photos of the product

After approval, we will provide you with return instructions.

 

3. Return Conditions

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products returned outside the 14-day window
  • Hygiene-sensitive items that have been unsealed

 

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at cookingwithtiti20@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a suitable solution, such as a refund or replacement.

 

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at cookingwithtiti20@gmail.com.
