Welcome to Cooking with Titi. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our online store www.cookingwithtiti.com, which is operated by Fresh Wave Media, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 80179290.

1. General

1.1 These terms apply to every offer, order, and agreement between you as a consumer and us as the seller.

1.2 By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Products and Offers

2.1 All product information, prices, and images on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies.

2.2 Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2.3 We reserve the right to change prices and correct errors.

 

3. Order and Agreement

3.1 An agreement is concluded when you place an order and receive an order confirmation from us.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

 

4. Payment

4.1 Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.

4.2 We only ship products after full payment has been received.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship to The Netherlands ,Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece

5.2 We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days after receipt of payment.

5.3 Delivery times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)

6.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the product.

6.3 To exercise this right, you must notify us via cookingwithtiti20@gmail.com with a clear statement.

6.4 You must return the product within 14 days after informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

6.5 We will refund all payments, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned products.

Note: This right does not apply to:

·        Custom-made or personalized items

·        Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (once unsealed)

 

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1 All products have a legal warranty period.

7.2 If a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time at cookingwithtiti20@gmail.com with a clear description and photo of the defect.

7.3 We will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

 

 8. Liability

8.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

 

 9. Force Majeure

9.1 We are not obliged to fulfill any obligations if we are prevented from doing so due to force majeure.

 

 10. Privacy

10.1 We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY] and the GDPR.

 

 11. Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1 All agreements and these terms are governed by Dutch law.

11.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
